James C Hooper is an experienced Senior Financial Executive who excels in business development and building effective sales teams in the Community Banks, Credit Union and Mortgage Bankers industry. He has a proven track record in starting up mortgage companies and rebuilding them. With a background in overseeing sales and managing operations, he has a solid grasp of quality assurance, product portfolio, and human capital requirements.
James started as a retail loan officer and quickly learned all aspects of the operational piece to support a sales division. He then joined a top 5 bank in the US and expanded the banking brand into AZ, CA, and Texas Markets. He has also excelled as an executive in various Mortgage Banking companies. James is actively involved in his community and participates in various charity organizations, coaches and mentors in the Boys and Girls Clubs, and serves on the foster care review board in the state of Arizona.
