How to Qualify
There are three criteria a broker will need to meet in order to qualify for Elite Status. Qualification at any point in 2026 will grant immediate Elite Status, which will carry through to the end of 2027.
1. Fund 3 loans per quarter or 12 loans annually, measured on a trailing 12‑month basis and evaluated quarterly
2. Have a 70% of better pull through rate from application submission to funded loan
3. Have no EPOs or EPDs during calendar year
